This spacious well presented house has two floors. The upstairs has one double bedroom with its own balcony and air conditioning. The spacious living/dining area is light and airy and has UKTV. There is also a gas fire and wall heaters making this house perfect for both the summer and winter months.
The fully fitted kitchen has an archway looking over the living area bringing you all together. There is also a showeroom with a WC and sink. The staircase takes you downstairs to another double bedroom and a bathroom. This delightful property is on a quiet Urbanisation on a no through road, a 5 minute drive from the town and the beaches making a car useful but not essential. The pool and BBQ area is at the front of the villa with a terrace overlooking it from the main house. Walking into the villa you will find a good size living area with a dining area which leads onto the fully equipped kitchen. There is a double room and twin room in the main part of the villa both with air conditioning and a bathroom with a shower over it. Go through the kitchen to find another large double bedroom that leads through to a shower room and a bunk bed room, again both with air conditioning – please note that to get to the bunk bed room you need to walk through the double bedroom.
This villa has been presented beautifully with a well maintained garden and BBQ area. There is free wifi here and there are a couple of UK channels but the TV is smart TV allowing you to bring your firestick or apple TV gadgets etc with you. This beautifully decorated villa is situated on an urbanisation which is less than a 10 minute drive to the main town. To walk to the beach would take approx. 25 minutes. There is a small hotel at the top of the road that encourages non residents with a large swimming pool and inside and outside bar and restaurant areas.

This superb villa is situation on the urbanisation of Ortembach, a quiet residential area where a 20 minute stroll will take you into the main town where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and the beach.
The villa itself is split into two levels. On the top you will find a double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room, ample space for getting ready for the beach or a night out.
